As Insurance Expert Consultant:
• Open files for customers; transfer the cars to get repaired.
• Meet customers’ satisfaction index.
• Perform monthly meetings with all staff to sustain and follow-through the continuous improvement.
• Check all invoices after repairs, the prices of spare parts, and make repair orders.
• Performed individual training to the staff to hold up their awareness and enhance their skills.
• Consult accidents with court cases.

• Responsible of body shop operations.
• Set and monitored realistic and achievable service performance targets.
• Conduct analysis of key performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, utilization, labor sales, labor gross profit, parts sales/repair order, labor sales/repair order) and expenses.
• Receive all accident cars for repair.
• Make order for new spare parts.
• Check quality of dents repairs before transferring to painting section.
• Fix all new spare parts, final control, road test
• After the repairs get accomplished, explain the job done & costs, and deliver the cars.
