The scope of works is mainly the design and build project of Al Rawdah Camp and Academy project. The project will be constructed in two different plots, AL-RAWDA Project located in Rawdat Al-Hamam, Qatar and the ACADEMY Project located in Lusail, Qatar.
AL-RAWDAH Project: Consists of more than 40 buildings with a total Plot Area of 1, 000, 000 m2 and a Total Built-Up Area of 254, 014 m2 not including Substations, Generator Rooms, Pump Rooms, Water Tanks, and any other infrastructure related structures. The PMC consultant is GHD while Designer is MZP.
Managed the Construction on the main building Core Building having Area of 90, 000 m2 comprising of 2 basements levels and 7 Superstructure Floor while the façade envelope having Marble Cladding.
Supervised construction on various Buildings of G+2 in project from Excavation to Finishing Level.
Responsible for the Water Tank Construction for the Core Building.
Followed the resources requirement as per the project time line for my Areas.
Coordinated with consultant for Technical, material and site Activities Approval.
Also assisted the Management for Site Reporting.
Lusail palace is 1 billion $ project comprising majlis and palaces of area 350000 square meter area with 700-acre total area.
➢ Successfully Completed the Structure for the Main Building (Majlis) of Project having area of 2.80 lac
square meters.
➢ Handed over Four number of Under Ground Irrigation Reservoirs of 7500 Cubic meters each.
➢ Followed the construction of Entrances gate House Building of the Project.
➢ Supervised the Execution for the Security Check points
➢ Coordinated with Technical, Procurement, Survey, QA and QC, Logistics, Safety, Planning and
Consultant for my Area.
Handed Over Sub-Station with all finishes before the deadline.
Successfully managed the Installation of 3- Guest Lifts and 2-Service Lifts with record time of 85 days for 20 landing Building.
Supervised the Block work, Plaster work and Structural work of basement and Back-of house area with controlled Resources.
Initiated and Completed the finishing in Basement and Back of House area.
Organized the Cement, Block and materials Estimation and Delivery for whole Project.
Coordinated MEP and Other Subcontractors Work in my area.
Followed Material Approval, Drawings and RFI for my Area.
Mall of Qatar is the largest Mall in Qatar with an area 5 lacs Square meters (Project cost is $1.2bn). There will be 500 stores and 7000 car parking capacity with an estimated 20 million customers annually. The Mall have Biggest sky light and Cinema of the region. Project architect is Chapman Taylor and project manager is Hill international with Consultant KEO.
>Managing Façade Envelope including Steel Structure Canopies package, Curtain Walls Package (Including Smoke Curtains), louver (Cooling tower+ Substations), All Entrances of Project, Lift lobbies, Wall Cladding, Marble works, GRB, GRC, Metal copping and Facade Light Strips of whole Project.
>Supervising the Signature Elevation of the Mall Jewels Package, Glass finishing on Panoramic Lift, Glass Finishing as Flooring and ceiling of Bridge in Luxury Area.
>Executing the Roof Skylight.
>Following up Coordination with Technical Department, Survey, QC, Logistics and Various Subcontractors.
>Snag Work In charge for Shopfronts, tenant Variations and Balustrade Package.
>Worked on the architecturally land mark and International Project the New Islamabad Airport Terminal Building with Frontiers works organization (FWO) here i
> Coordinated with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) (Principal contractor), Louis Berger group America (LBG) (Principal consultant) and CPG Corporation singapore (principal designer) for technical issues.
> Executed works on site i.eEarthwork, Infrastructure, Escalator pits, Travellator, Cable trenches HT&TC Duct, infrastructure and slabs.
> Worked on steel structure including steel trusses and embedded parts.
> Managed sub-contractor, and independent site area.
> worked on Defense Residency, Gulmohar Tower, World Trade Center, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
> Managed Construction Site Supervision through Projects contractors with all it's parts like concrete pouring, column, beam, slab, retaining wall. And shear walls reinforcement layout & surveying.
> Concrete Batching Plant.
> Taking time with office engineers in planning, quantity surveying, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
> Studied Construction drawings.
