Suggest and implement HR strategies and practices that contribute to firm services achieving its strategic priorities and business objectives.
Cascading firm goals/objectives to develop HR departments’ objectives and designing department action and business plans.
Creating firm Org Charts and conducting periodical job analysis to get staff job descriptions and job specifications in alliance with firm strategic goals/objectives.
Designing and follow up implementing firm competency framework, matrix and model that help to achieve firm goals/objectives and core values.
Preparing (periodical) company workforce and Hiring plans to get all qualified staff with the concerned competencies by attracting those candidates with the latest techniques and methods of Recruiting such as (CBI / VBI methods).
Develop, review and implement all required HR policies, processes and procedures in accordance with legislative requirements and internal regulations.
Assists line managers with employee reviews and performance appraisals, ensuring that periodical performance appraisals are carried out in a timely manners (KBIs) and KPI's.
Provide Company with updated job evaluation, salary structure, pay system,
Administer all aspects related to (Career Path, Head Hunting, Talent Acquisition, Organization Development and Organization Behavior. etc.) in benchmarking with global best practice.
Conduct training and development needs and determine all TNA and deliver all required programs that achieve the firm strategy and objectives.
Follow up new employees' orientation and induction training to determine employee classifications and documenting the probation period evaluation.
Administer salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, and other benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & PP and Responsible for annual salary review process.
Administer discipline and related dismissal procedures and participates in completion of terminations and exit interviews and prepare various forms, reports, personnel files, statistical reports, survey information like questionnaires and reports of research results.

• Responsible for an interview with the employees of the company to formulate a functional analysis of their functions
• Identify each title, family, code, location, supervision to every job
• Responsible for the formulation of job descriptions for all functions of the company

Personnel:
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Entering all employees' data on the computer system.
• Issuing HR letters, offers, and info requests.
• Responsibility to Performance Appraisal and Surveys.
• Responsible for the formulation of job descriptions for all functions of the company
• Set up a weekly meeting with management staff to get on and discuss reports and detect any deviation from the plan
• Submit a monthly report to the Manager of Human Resources explains what has during the month
• a monthly meeting with the Manager of human resources and department heads to discuss the last developments
• Work in administrative and social insurance in company
