Responsible for managing a team of researchers dedicated to product servicing and delivery of retail audit analysis to key global clients for Nielsen Egypt.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the training and development of the team. Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements
• Establish high standards of performance, provide support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs
• Consult with clients regarding general concerns
• Conduct external presentations
• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations
• Responsible for allocating work based on the current team workload capacity and the skills and aspirations of the team
• Conducts performance reviews for direct reports
Responsible for smooth migration and full-service management of key client accounts from local offices in the region of AME to
the Project Delivery Center located in Cairo.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as a custodian of Kantar’s syndicated brand guidance program in the Middle East, leading a team of researchers
responsible for end-to-end project management, program development and analysis of more than 25 categories in the
FMCG industry.
• Develop business with new and existing clients with co-operation of local research team members abroad.
• Contribute to and facilitate client discussions to better understand the end client business needs.
• Scope, design and plan research projects following client briefing to accomplish the client’s business objectives.
• Research and develop business process improvements for the Project Delivery Center by leading the initiatives of product
innovation and task automation to equip the hub with innovative solutions and improve the overall operational efficiency
of the Center.
The main responsibility was to build long term relationships with new clients in uncharted industries for market research through seamless projects execution and client servicing and in return grow the profitability of the team and meet the quarterly target assigned to the unit.
