Monthly tracking operation cost VS budget and VS past year with reasonable justification
• Develop feasibility studies for proposed projects “Capex” along with Capex write-up, multiple sensitivity analysis and financial scenarios as requested by the company support top management in decision making process.
• Submit capital budget control report “Capex monitor” to region planning team on a monthly basis including variance analysis vs. original plan and latest forecast.
• Provide annual and quarterly forecasts cash flow for entity’s capital budget with thorough details with respect to each project.
• Tracking the operations KPIs through a monthly score card in collaboration with the costing team
• Developing pricing increase scenarios by SKU for intercompany sales.
• Provide accurate monthly updated Cost transformation tracking against target, ATTACK COS variance analysis, and insightful information to strongly drive cost transformation across the mill.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and activities as directed.
• Update Coting disk procedure and local policy after SAP GO life.
• Communicate and deal with auditors "internal, external, corporate Auditors".
• Provide Top management with the profitability analysis to assist in the decision making.
• Manage All inventory and COGS accounts.

• Communicate with operation and procurement Dep regarding the variances.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Handle monthly inter/company confirmation.
• Contact with the corporate SAP team to enhance and maximize SAP utilization.
Manufacturing Costing (Beverage business, Pepsi Cola)
• Monitoring and analyzing all GIT accounts (invoices to ensure that all materials received at W/H are reversed form GIT Account to avoid inventory duplication).
• Allocate the clearance expenses to the related inventory items.
• Calculate & prepare Obsolescence reserve entries for RM, PM, SFG, and FG.
• Prepare & reconcile the monthly equation formulas, including; Production volume, Sales volume, and Inventory ending balances.
• Handle the new STD cost upload on SAP, and ensure NIL variances from the Planning calculation.
• Handle the actual cost run on the monthly basis to adjust the inventory accounts and COGS accounts with actual results.
• Prepare detailed analysis for the COGS, at Std Cost plus the pertaining variances (PPV, MUV, plus scrap, obsolete, gain and loss physical count ).
• Provide management with costing related data, report, and analysis, such as:
o Ending stocks (QYT & prices).
o Obsolescence Reserve period’s movement, and by product.
o Aging reports for all inventory & reserves items.
o COC (Cause of Change) for all BS Inventory accounts, Reserve, and COGS.
o FG inventory, production and sales breakdown (BOMS) At STD and actual.
• Strong Sox & COSO hand experience (monthly controls).
• Analyses for all materials that have errors at BOMS.
• Calculate and prepare elimination entry as we already handle and reconcile the two interrelated companies.
• Deal and communicate with the external audit and provide them with the related costing data.
Planting & Agricultural Costing (Snacks & Agro business, Chipsy for Foods Industries)
• Allocate Agro MOH and rent to under harvest inventory.
• Calculate the technical calculation for the potato & corn reserves.
• Prepare FAS 13 entry for land rent based on GAAP guideline.
• Allocate the FG MOH to production.
• Provide Management with costing related data (under harvest inventory).
