Due to massive Turnaround preparation for the plant, Management decided to rotate existed Warehouse Supervisor to Procurement department to support existing procurement officers in executing rush orders, also I have assigned to be acting as warehouse supervisor till closing out phase of TAR in Oct 2017.

- Ensure all receiving, issuing, replenishment & count are updated in ERP system on daily basis.
- Recruitment of new warehouse operator and some warehouse helpers.

Maintain adequate stock levels, Stock replenishment using reorder reports and analyzing inventory movement through:
1- Trend, monitor, and recommend stock levels and categorizing items through ABC analysis, critical and priority levels.
2- Develop and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures
3- Maintain the integrity of the capital and consumable inventory assets by planned inventory stock counts schedules.

34- Ensure there are no duplicate items under same stock code to prevent stock duplication.
35- Review all items having expiry dates to secure the availability of stock whenever required.
