Management of entire Soft Services Operation.
Ensuring the Delivery of the services as agreed SLA/KPIs
Preparing Housekeeping check list, SOP, Job card, Schedule, Training plan.
Management of Horticulture of building External/internal premises
Monitoring and implementing SOP
Monitoring and handling cleaning activities according to the Schedule, SOP, clients standards and requirements
Assure that contracts requirements are implemented and followed (manpower, material, machines, schedule)
KPI and SLA (proactive measures)
Attending the meeting with the clients on a regular base
Marketing and business development (searching for new projects and clients)
Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
Invoicing and payments follow up
Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessment are completed in timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with clients.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
