Credit Evaluation: 75%
-Analysis of Decisions on new credit and annual review packages.
-Ensure adhering to approved policies and strategy set by the management as well as CBE guidelines.
-Verify all the necessary documents required to implement the credit review and assessment.
-Review and conduct financial models for new and existing SME's clients and conduct financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis to assess the companies’ financial performance such as liquidity, profitability, activity, capital structure and credit history, in addition to other factors as income growth, quality of management, market share, and potential risks of industry, which form an integral part of credit proposals.
-Analysis data with emphasis on the economic and market outlook, strengths and weaknesses, feasibility of business forecasts, securities and collateral offered; and check if the credit proposals are fully justified by all the supplied data.
-Prepare risk ratings for SME's customers.
-Present recommendations to the concerned credit committee concerning risks inherent in proposed credit facilities and propose ways for mitigating said risks, moreover, to ensure that the presented facility package and structure is consistent with the company's field of activity and its financial position and performance.
-Ensure that portfolio growth is consistent with branches targets through the increase in good loans and facilities of existing and new clients.

Portfolio’s Quality: 10%
-Manage and follow up a portfolio to ensure its quality.
-Communicate with branches to follow up with clients to pay excesses.
-Coordinate with branches to reschedule facilities, float clients when needed.
Decsion making support: 10%
-Prepare monthly reports indicates industry, geographical concentration in portfolio and percentage of excesses, reschedules, NPLs, expired facilities, newly granted and other indicators and suggest recommendations.
- Prepare SWOT and peer analysis of client in the same activity/industry.
-Suggest improvement for scoring models and early warning systems.
