• Study drawing and prepare MTO & RFQ for material.
• Prepare TQ for Drawings & specification Conflicts.
• Construction of building including excavation, steel fixing, casting, finishing (Turnkey)
• Preparation of Planning Package (including WBS, schedule, Histogram and S-curve)
• Daily, weekly and monthly report and presentation.
• Schedule Weekly update
• Coordinates between in-house engineering team and Client engineer team.
• Coordinates between specialized supplier (Cathodic protection) and site team
• Attending MS & RA meeting with client and incorporating agreed comments.
• Prepare LOP
• Quantity survey for construction purpose
• Monthly Invoice
• Preparing of claims analysis for Main office planning team.
• Coordinates and respond all communication with Client and Consultant.
• Coordinates material and equipment for site team

• Rain Drainage system for island including ditch, manholes and RC pipe with length 7 KM
• Making daily/weekly progress report and drawing for all above mentioned job.
CGC is a main contractor and our work is plan, organize and supervise the below mentioned work for a trough:-
• Excavation of trough to Pile Platform Level.
• Piling works.
• Base Slab excavation, carpenter, steel works and casting.
• Wall form works (Peri system), steel works and casting.
• Bridges work above the trough.
Project 1: Sheikh Zayed Bridge
A) Civil Site Engineer:-
• Supervising in house & subcontractor teams and handover to QC and Consultant.
• Steel Reinforcement site engineer for cross girder and box section deck.
• Concrete Repair and finishing works (Tiles, Paint, Aluminum Guard rail & pole pile foundations etc.).
• Bridge Bearing Installation and grouting.
• Gantry Sign installations including piling
Project 2: Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ) Project
B) Technical Office and Planning Engineer
• Primavera Updates and scheduling.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Preparing a week ahead tasks tables and Project expected key dates.
• Delay analysis report.
• Revising invoices and Quantities done on site.
C) Civil Site Engineer:- Jan 08 - Nov 09
• Mobilization, infrastructure services and camp construction including preparing layouts, BOQ, supervising subcontractors and in-house teams, prepare primavera schedule and progress reports (Camp capacity 2500 person).
• Fire fighting works in above mention camp including preparing shop drawing, discussing with governmental concerning departments for approvals, preparing contract package and comparison statement for subcontractor, supervising construction phase and the handover to consultant and governmental authorities .
• Sewage Treatment Plant Construction (800 m3 + 600 m3 capacity)
• 11 KV cable laying with length 1.5 km including construction of transformer room
• Bridge Electric work and light system.
• Bridge finishes work.

A) GSM Site Engineer:-
• Construction of 25 rooftop, 11 Greenfield & 1 hub site from excavation till handing over to RFI team
