Optimization of Preferential Duties, Lead Time Reductions etc.
▪ Coordinate with Development Team on New Product Development
and to address all queries related to Planning.
▪ Realistic Capacity Planning for all Suppliers and Feedback to
Global Planning.
▪ Monitoring and Reporting KPIs to Identify Gaps and Opportunities.

▪ Constant Tracking of Daily Production Status Ensuring the
Production to be Aligned with Delivery Plan.
▪ Track the Marketing Forecast and Customer Forecasts to Manage
the Capacities as per Requested Demand and Validate them
before Entering in Capacity Portal.
▪ Collaborate Closely with Vendors to Ensure on Time Availability
of Raw Material and Packaging Materials.
▪ Coordinate Closely with Finance Team to Resolve Vendors
Financial Issues.
▪ Work Closely with Development Team to get Early Buy Ready of
the Styles which have High Demand in Coming Season to Manage
Overload in Peak Months.
▪ Closely Coordinate with Logistic Team to Ensure on Time Booking
of Cargo, Document Submission and timely Delivery of Cargo to
3PLs.

▪ Monitor and Communicate Factors Likely to Impact T1 & T2
Delivery Performance and Drive Improvement Action Plan with
the Help of Various Stakeholders.
▪ Monitoring Forecasts, Production and Line Capacities to Identify
Bottlenecks and Propose Corrective Actions in Advance.
▪ Responsible for the Capacity Analyses of Production for all
Suppliers.
▪ Handling of Bulk Orders as well as Sample Orders.
