- Managing a team of six executives, coordinators and senior specialist.
- lead the creation and implementation of marketing communications plan.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the branding, marketing guidelines, and marketing materials.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
- Creates various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration.
- Manage the corporate website, search engine marketing and search engine optimization programs.
- Work closely with Commercial and Marketing Director to develop new campaigns.
- Responsible for art directing, story boarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials.
- Plan, organize, execute and manage events including trade shows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events.

- Managing the Accounts Executives ensuring customers are well served.
- Attending major client meetings, and managing the formal creative brief.
- Being a point of escalation for accounts executives for any customer’s complaints or any major criticalities.
- Values and prices setting with the company management and adjusting the same with quality and what is being offered in the market.
- Traveling abroad (Europe and Far East) for attending Exhibitions and vendors meetings.
- Budget and team performance reporting to the company's management in the form of bi-weekly meetings.
- Regular major customer’s calls and visits for co-operation development and customer relation enhancement.
- Supporting account executive to ensure they have the optimum tools to sell and perform efficiently.

- Linking Prepress department with the printing press and enhancing such culture.
- Helping graphic designers to select colours and appropriate papers and materials, files revision and prepare proofs for customer review.
- Preparing weekly reports to General Manager reporting Prepress, Printing, graphic departments production performance and requirements.
- Visiting existing and new customers to promote company's printing products.
- Follow up on Prepress and printing process right from the start to ensure maximum quality with the most optimised cost and time planning of production.
-Travelling abroad with the General Manager for printing machines and materials shopping and attending Printing specialised Exhibitions.
