Acting as the head of the sales and marketing department, I supervised a team of 8 sales
executives and senior sales executives who are responsible of marketing and leasing
one of the biggest real estate portfolio in the region with more than compounds and, units of different types around Qatar.
My main responsibility was to lead the team to lease Al Samrya Twin Towers-Diplomatic
District. In addition, I participated in the selling campaigns of Ezdan residential
compounds in south of Qatar and I was managing the marketing process of Ezdan
property management and facility management services for both private and government
sector and supervise leasing and selling transactions as part of our property
management service package.
Since joining DTZ my role in the residential leasing team has included the following
responsibilities:
- Sourcing new residential stock and developing relationships with landlords to secure
leasing and sales instructions and provide property management services when requested.
Identifying corporate occupiers with multiple residential requests, setting up meetings with
the relevant housing officer/HR manager to determine their requirements, arranging
inspections of suitable properties, negotiating terms and arranging the lease documentation.
- Responding in a timely manner to residential inquiries received over the phone/via e-mail, -
arranging property inspections and finalizing lease agreements.
- Submitting weekly reports to management detailing inquiries received, status of
inquiries and fee forecasts,
- Assisting new leasing agents to develop market knowledge and negotiating skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration –Ain-Shams University, Cairo -2000.
