Duties

In charge of the day−to−day preventive and corrective maintenance.

Handling all the end of leasing and refurbishment process for more than 3000 apartments including the condition survey and tendering,
 Refurbishment works subcontracting follow−up, work progress and handover to the client, new tenants snagging and after lease follow−up.
