Responsibilities:
• Direct contact and involvement with the overall commissioning team and handover team including Main Contractor & Sub-contractors.
• Lead the commissioning progress and handover meetings and report to the consultant and client representative Initiate and update the project commissioning plan which will describe the complete commissioning process and responsibility matrix for all Stakeholders and Individuals involved in the project.
• Manage the overall commissioning team and handover team to achieve the project milestones.
• Manage the contractual agreements and ensure the commissioning process is complying with the specification and standards.
• Evaluate performance deficiencies identified in test reports and, in collaboration with the entity responsible for system and equipment installation, recommend corrective action.

• Lead the handover phase and ensure the submittal of the close-out documents as per the project specifications.
