• Ensure all time-barred registrations and
documentation, such as warranties,
bonds, insurances, guarantees, are in
place and maintained and updated in
accordance with the Contract and are in
compliance with the Contract
requirements.
• Facilitate the contract close-out
procedures to ensure that all terms and
conditions of contracts have been
complied with before final payment.
• Assist the Estimation and Project Control
teams in respect of contractual
implications of change orders.
• Manage project correspondences,
ensuring all communications are
documented, aligned with contract terms,
and escalated as necessary.
• Prepare variation orders with detailed cost
breakdowns, ensuring clarity and accuracy
for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare all types of claims.

• Cement Factory & Interlock factory in 10th of Ramadan.
• Investment ORCHID (DRY PORT) at 10th of Ramadan.

an area of 100, 000 m2) .
◦ Project of Warehouse for Ramp Logistics in Orchid logistics area in 10th
Ramadan. (Area =30, 000 m2).
◦ Layout of Orchid logistics compound on 10th of Ramadan consists
of (2 Distributors of 18 cells, Roundabout, Fire tanks &CCTV and
cable removal, Soft and hard landscape, Infrastructure, Fences
• Ibn Sina warehouse (Down Town delta)in Tanta. ( Area = 15000 m2).
• Ibn Sina warehouse in Sohag. ( Area = 15000 m2).
