- Responsible for All MEP Works in The Technical Office & Support MEP PM.
- Review and comment on the MEP design including drawings and technical specifications to be provided to the consultants in all Stages.
- Monitor & Coordinate all MEP issues with counterparts from other Project parties including engineering, procurement and installation of all MEP systems to ensure utmost integrity and functionality of all elements are duly maintained. Report to the Project Manager accordingly.
- Monitor the performance with regards to the MEP aspect to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and specs.
- Review package contractors’ technical submittals and test reports in coordination with the PMC & Consultant, and issue comments for compliance.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in preparing periodical reports and other reports. Identify and highlight problems in advance of impact on the works.
- Review, Participate & Assist the Design Team/Project Team in value engineering exercises & in selecting proper constructability methods based on safe design and functionality.
- Assist in processing payment applications and advise Project Manager & Commercial team of technical issues needed for variations, disputes, workmanship, work quality... etc.
- Coordinate with Design and Project Team by providing knowledge of the prevailing local and international MEP codes of practice, regulations, and specifications for the construction industry.
- Attend all periodic progress & technical meetings held with all relevant parties. Review & comment on Progress & other reports submitted by project parties.
- Coordinate with the Project Team in following up with the Authorities to speed up the approval process and obtain construction NOCs.
- Monitor site inspection plans and approval process, and participate in the testing and commissioning process in coordination with the project leaders including review of as-built drawings, O&M Manuals, etc.

- Responsible for All Electrical Works in the Technical Office & Support in MEP
- Review shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use Are
reviewed, approved by the consultant
- Preparing technical and Material submittals.
- Vendor Selection within Technical and commercial offer
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements
are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction
requirements
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities, Coordinate with quantity surveyors or
payment appreciations and change orders.
- Prepare, Review Client & subcontractors' invoices.
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award
- Subcontract terms, performance and payments, Documenting project issues/conditions
- Prepare Revenue versus Client Invoice weekly, monthly, quarterly as per Construction Report
- Follow the day-to-day operations set by the line manager to ensure continuity of work and the delivery
of effective and high quality outputs.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in
purchasing materials, products, and services.
- Lead all with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best quality and cost.
- Familiar with implementing ERP systems (preferably past experience with Oracle and SAP)
- Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management,
negotiation and preparation of contracts

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with contractors

- Coordinate with other members of technical expert

- Negotiating tender and contract terms, analyzing costs and sales, Follow up with existing

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly /monthly reports to the General manager & Managing

- Responsible for project phases supply, insulation, testing and Commissioning programing
certificates, inspection from the government side
- Prepare all Annual Maintenance contracts & manage their Service

- Study tenders / inquiries regarding technical and commercial matters.
- Identifying customer requirements.
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs.

during construction.
