o Initiated, led and closed USD 20 million Joint Venture with EDAC Engineering to launch the Operation & Maintenance business in Kuwait
• Established the downstream fabrication business in Saudi Arabia
o Ran the valuation analysis and led the negotiation of the Joint Venture with Godrej & Boyce to establish a USD 70 million Process Equipment fabrication plant in Saudi Arabia to serve the GCC market
o Developed the business plan for the JV project, including feasibility study, market entry and operation build up
• Set up a new venture for the EPC business with total investment of USD 25 million in Kuwait focusing on petrochemical and refinery projects in Kuwait
• Established the Waste Management business in Kuwait, led the Greenfield investment of USD 15 million focusing on supplying Waste Management and Environmental Services for the Power and the Oil Sectors
o Acquired the first Oil Base Mud drilling fluid treatment project with the Kuwait Oil Company
• Led the negation with Peri Group in Germany to form Joint Venture for the scaffolding business in Kuwait to serve the growing petrochemical, refinery and tank construction sectors in Kuwait
