o Lead all deployment (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting) work.
o Acts as the interface of the customer for the deployment operations of a project.
o Manages all the internal and external resources and subcons assigned to the deployment operations of the project.
o Provides the delivery of the services within the scope of the contract and within the agreed planning, specifications and quality standard, and ensures customer satisfaction.
o Responsible internally for the delivery of the deployment services within the agreed budget, for optimizing costs and for identifying and driving up scopes in cooperation with the PM and the account manager.
o Follow up ongoing work orders and assign required resources for each
o Follow up site documentation as a stage of gaining PO due
