• Manage the recruitment process as per Tamara standards to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate
• Monitor the Human Resources budget to maintain departmental expenses on or below the approved figures
• Maintain a fully functioning Human Resources department to provide efficient and timely services to all Hotel Employees
• Develop Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure Hotel practices are aligned with Corporate guidelines and country laws
