• Plan and control all Maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective and Emergency) of instrumentation to ensure safety and reliability through the Computerized Maintenance Management Sys. CMMS ORACLE enterprise asset Management, to apply KPI’s.
• Update BOM and prepare spare parts list for instrumentations on CMMS (Oracle EAM).
• Confirm and Review SOW and method statement submitted by contractors in new and upgrading vessels in processing plants and early production facilities (EPF).
• Conduct and review major studies and Incident Investigations and prepared Reports.
• Leading teams in new maintenance projects.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Performance Acceptance Test (PAT) for field instrumentations.
• Commissioning and startup many productions facilities (Separator, heater, gas compressors, etc.).
• Maintain engineering drawings and Mark-up PFD’s, P&ID’s, and data sheets.
• Estimate Bill of Quantities/Materials, Resources (Manpower, Tools, Construction Materials, Consumables, Transport, Scaffolding, etc.) required for execution of Projects.
• Preparation, review, and submission of Technical and Commercial Proposals for change requests.
• Develop and review P & ID’s, Instrument Index, data sheet, I/O list, Loop drawings, Sequence drawings, Cause and Effects (C&E), Functional Design Specification, Hook up drawings, etc.
• Participate in many HAZOP and C-HAZOP, PHA, SIL verification, Design Review, workshops.
• Participate in failures root cause analysis (RCA) for Plant critical problems.
• Selection, Installation, and Maintenance of field instruments transmitters and switches for \[Flow meters, Level, pressure, Differential pressure, etc. of make: ABB, Endress+Hauser, Rosemount, Fisher etc.\].
• Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of Control Valves, Positioners, Motorized Valve Actuators, and Pneumatic Valve Actuators \[Make: Rosemount, Fischer, Rotork, Auma etc.\].
• Selection, installation, and Maintenance for ESDVs (Emergency Shutdown Valve).
• Inspection & Calibration of SRVs (Safety Relief Valve) ((Pilot & Spring Types).
• Conduct calibration, test, and adjustment for filed Instrumentation Equipment.
• perform training plane for Engineers and, Technicians.
• Training Dept. team in any recent technology and refresh the mind.
