Job Purpose : - To Facilitate Accounting (Issue payments for all contractors and consultants),
Operation and financial activity of the National Housing Loan
Reporting : -Responsible for reporting to Head of Finance Department
Work Contacts : INTERNALLY: Central Operation, Customer service, Engineering
Department (NHL), Financial Control, Loan sales, Risk Management Credit& Collection Dept.
Responsibilities :
Check all documents for payment and ensure accuracy of claim
Preparing swifts for fund transfer inside UAE and send it to operation
Provide accounting entries and GL reporting of accounts.
Updating all daily reports to be ready for request.
Prepare cash flow forecasting for projects
Understanding for all construction accounting for contractors and
Consultants (Supervisory & Design).
Closing loan & PD process.
Organize and manage to routine work activities ensuring efficient and accurate operation.
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic knowledge of mortgages and banking product accounting.
MIS reports
Knowledge of Escrow account, which will open by the
Real estate development companies under the law of the land and
Property in Dubai to deposit cash payments by clients account
·Maintain of daily cash and ledger books & petty cash controlling.
- Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Preparation of salary sheets for the employees.
- Preparing the monthly reports of accounts receivable and payable.
- Preparation of Contracting Account.
- Preparing sub. Contracting account & Payment Certificate for Main. Cont.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account &Trial balance.
-Cash Flow forecasting Statement for Projects.
-Experience in L/C for Electrical materials Local & outside of UAE.
- Preparing & updating of project(s)/corporate cash flow statement in
Line with bank facilities and projection of the monthly inflows &
Outflows as per the agreed format
-Handling Accounts up to Finalization.
-Depreciation for Fixed Assets.
-Meet all audit requirements
Check Invoices & L.P.O & Delivery Note
- Collect our dues in short time and by good way with our customer
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Maintain and Control Debtors Accounts.
-Do all Inventory by Perpetual & Periodic Method,
And checking the Quantity of Goods in All Branches.
