With the position i had been assigned to have two job roles, the main tasks about training and development :
such as ( Prepare training budget, yearly training plan, find several sources to provide the services, select the best service supplier, ensure to get the best quality with less price through a corporate agreements, reviewing all employees TNA and link with performance appraisal along with the position JD in order to develop the employee weak pointes and develop his PowerPoints, prepar monthly training report & statistics, finalize all the financial issues related to training, finalize all arrangement to conduct a trainings. implement ROI in training to ensure the invest amount will return with benefit to the company.
in addition, the role of employee benefit and provide employees with several external services.
likewise, some admin tasks been added to my position such as ( communications, correspondences, meetings, travel arrangements, create dept. ORG chart, update employees JD and create for new positions, provide the dept. staff with all the support they needs, finalize all financial issues to the dept. itself & dept. employees.

Currently As Sr. HR Coordinator for more than 2 years, coordinating between HR in all regions & other departments at all, Also between HR sections it self.
Work in SAP system to update the departments ORG charts and create new positions in the SAP system.
Also Managing the Sub contractors labors with authorized task forces companies .

Handling the Recruitment & Training Issues for Managerial Level
coordinating with recruitment agencies & Training centers in several countries.
Monitoring HR employees monthly attendance.
Worked in HR policy Manual update .
Also Update job descriptions and create new job descriptions for the new positions .
Handled interviews for HR Jobs .
i worked as Chief HR&D Assistant

Responsible of all administration tasks for HR&D
