Working as a technical infrastructure that responsible to deal with customers’ needs and provide them a
technical solution. And responsible for implement and deploy number of Backups of HPE Data Protector, Symantec BE and Acronis Advanced products, Vmware ESXi, vCenter cluster, Vmware Horizon View, Exchange server DAG, Office 365 and mail data migration.

Job Duties:
 Administrate & Maintain the Company Data center and Infrastructure.
 Administrating and managing HP storage p6000 using HP p6000 commandview.
 Administrating Netapp FAS series.
 Creating LUNS and allocating storage capacity to the servers according to the requirements.
 Administrating and managing Backup system using backup exec 2010.
 Works in a team-based environment with strong ownership of services.
 Upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers.
 Deploy, administer and manage Microsoft OS servers and desktops as well as services offered on these systems, such as (Active Directory, Hyper-V 2012, MS Exchange 2010 sp1, MS Lync 2010 standard, SCCM 2012 sp1).
 Configured the Integration between Exchange 2010 OWA and Lync 2010 IM.
 Group Policy Management and Administration.
 Review current system practices and recommend technology solutions that improve overall efficiency.
 Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system.

Project Achievements :

Implement Hyper-V role from Windows server 2012 - Creating 2 VM for Active Directory Domain and Additional Domain.

- Installing and configuring ADDS 2012 role. - Creating 2 VM file server and file server cluster. - Creating 2 VM SQL server 2012 Cluster

 Migration from Active Directory 2003 to Active Directory 2012 - Migrating Users, OU’s Groups and SID’s. - Copying Data, Permissions Shares and Groups between file server 2003 to 2012.

- Copying GPO’s from Server 2003 to Server 2012.

 Implement Backup Solution.

- The main requirement was backing up server’s data and user data over a stable Storage. - Symantec backup Exec for servers. - Symantec Backup Exec Appliance 3600. - Symantec Endpoint Manager.

 Installing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2012 SP1) - Installing Primary Site. - Discovering and Pushing Agents on Client Machines. - Deploying Applications. - Deploying OS (windows 7). - Deploying Windows Updates.

 Installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
 Design, configure, computer networking software and operating system software.
 troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
 Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
 Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
 Perform on-site and remote technical support.
 Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
 Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
