Conducting needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.

•Comply data and analyze past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.

•Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.

•Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role plays, and computer-based training.

•Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

•Train assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training, such as new employees' orientation, on-the-job training, sales techniques, health and safety practices, management development, and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.

•Research and select outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.

•Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor the progress of trainees.

• Prepare training budget for department or organization.
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
• Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

Working within Raya organization specifically, Raya contact center, Raya Holding & Raya line of business within the training department. The basics of the position is training employees and new comers onto the Soft Skills minimum metrics that would qualify them sufficiently to kick off into their required jobs by Raya. We are asked & prepared to train subjects such as: Communication Skills, Sales Techniques, Customer service & advanced Customer service, Leadership skills, Disaster Management, Complaint handling, Charisma courses and various of others that we get to learn and train on daily basis. Along with being responsible as a trainer for various of projects implemented within Raya to achieve the best outcome resources out of it with a skilled analysis to their performance and progress to keep promoting within the business field.
