Representing the Owner Amaar Group in monitoring Ersal Center Project with the Design office, Consultants and the Contractors. Then reporting to the CEO of the Group and arranging required meetings between our Top Management and our Consultants Management.
The Ersal Center project is a 400-million-dollars joint venture between Amaar and The Land Holding Company and aims to develop a new commercial center in the heart of the Ramallah and Al-Bireh metropolitan area.
1) Monitoring all the Projects under the Company through the teams distributed among the prjects.
2) Draw the company strategy for the projects.
3) selection of the suitable teams for each project.
4) Arrange and coordinate the meeting between our Clients and my Top Management.
5) Determine the required training and improvement required to my team.
Facility Management and Projects Management
The Project was a mix development project of 254, 000 meter square. It sonsists of a 5 star hotel, furnished appartments, service appartments and office building. I work as the Construction Manager of the Project with the following summary of duties,
• Monitor and control Project's works,
• Ensure that all performed works are in compliance with the Project's Specifications and the Project's (QA/QC) procedures,
• Reporting to the Sr. PM,
• Coordinate all the correspondences between
Client Consultant and the Prime Contractor.
• Make sure that all the reviewed submittals by the Consultant are within the contractual
period and delivered to the Contractor on time.
• Ensure that all the Project's deliverables are in compliance with the Contract and on time.
• Directing the site staff and delegate works
accordingly,
• Arrange progress meetings for all involved
entities,
• Validate the monthly payment statements for the Main Contractor,
• Arrange suppliers' meetings, RFPs and
negotiate prices.
• Management system using Aconex software
Team Leader for an international donated project, helping the local municipalities in capacity building and improvement of their teams. help them in selction of their need in priority, and how to prepare the tender and bidding documents. follow up with them further until the implementation of their project and close it out. then prepare the Final Reports to my top management. People of the team were 11 in addition to the municipal teams.

intensive employment generation schemes.
