Head of Export Unit in Trade Finance Operations

• Manage functions of Trade Finance Operations related to countersigning of transactions, Import letter of credit, Amendments, Examination of documents, Documents lodgment, Discrepancy Handling and Letter of Guarantees
• Effectively manage import functions of the Trade Finance to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service, response time and service level agreement.
• Maintain the best level of relationship with correspondents by fair dealings and prompt response.
• Cultivate and constantly improve the work atmosphere and conditions to ensure higher production through teamwork and staff satisfaction.
