• Issued Non-Conformance Notice for deviated works, Quality Concerns and Quality Don’t Walk By.

• Responsible for the assurance and quality facade work during installed aluminum and glass products. Conducting final
inspection on door and windows, stick type curtain wall, unitized curtain wall, aluminum panels, cladding, composite / sandwich
panels, handrails and other miscellaneous fabrications. Ensuring that all finished products are checked in accordance with the
project specification and acceptable criteria set by the company prior to consultant inspection.
• Reviewed all subcontractor quality documentation prior to submission to the Consultant. Supervised Architectural/structural
Works to ensure a high standard of workmanship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Study of detailed drawing plan and specification
• Executions of civil works as per the drawing. Including block work, plaster, Ceramic tiles wall and floors, Marble cladding work,
threshold works, vanity counter top, and Granit Fixing.
• Painting’s wall& ceiling, and, epoxy floor coating, intumescent fire protection, ceiling works, suspended Ceiling, Gypsum Ceiling.
• Waterproofing Membrane, cement based water proofing protective paint system, GRP lining, damp proofing, Injection work
• Expansion joint treatment, aluminum profile wall’s floor, ceiling.
• Basement work, Epoxy floor coating, concrete wheel barrier fixing, interlocking paver, speed guard, protection guard fixing, traffic
sign.
• Repairing work, crack in wall, ceiling, floor, concrete repair. Grouting work, Post tension Slab, ceramic wall, floor.
• Controlling of labors and distributing them as per job requirement.
• Lead inspector in civil structural scaffoldings and equipment inspection. Dry wall partition, fire/ non fire gypsum wall,
