 Managing and coordinating the plant activities in the: Production, Technical, Logistics and Quality

 Participating in drafting and analysing budgets and forecasts for the plant highlighting the opportunities and threats for the business
Key Projects
 Re-structuring of the logistics department increasing the performance.
 Decreasing the clearance time from 20 to 7 days enhancing the communication with suppliers
 Redesigning the warehouse increasing the capacity with 30% serving in the handling
 Increasing the inventory accuracy from 95% to be 99% by improving the consumption process
 Working on the client’s forecast eliminating the sudden changeovers to be Zero absorbing all the sudden orders
 Improving the forecasting and planning increasing the OTIF from 86% to be 99%
