 Managing and coordinating the plant activities in the: Production, Technical, Logistics and Quality
 Ensuring and accountable for compliance to all applicable HSE laws, guaranteeing the implementation appropriate procedures and company ds, Passing Civil defence inspections and two third party inspections in relationship with HR and HSE with Zero findings
 Monitors and devises improvements related to plant’s KPI’s (material yield, conformity rate, productivity index) increasing the Material yield from 95% to be 99% and additives from 99% to be 102%
 Supporting the production and maintenance departments in the launching of the new projects through adding 8 new production lines from different technologies (EBM, CIM, IBM).
 Improving the way of work for the maintenance department ensuring the proper follow of the downtimes which supported in the top losses tracking and creating the plans to eliminate it.
 Participating in drafting and analysing budgets and forecasts for the plant highlighting the opportunities and threats for the business
Key Projects
 Re-structuring of the logistics department increasing the performance.
 Decreasing the clearance time from 20 to 7 days enhancing the communication with suppliers
 Redesigning the warehouse increasing the capacity with 30% serving in the handling
 Increasing the inventory accuracy from 95% to be 99% by improving the consumption process
 Working on the client’s forecast eliminating the sudden changeovers to be Zero absorbing all the sudden orders
 Improving the forecasting and planning increasing the OTIF from 86% to be 99%
