• Sponsoring and controlling the FM establishment, including processes establishment, tools selection, field handling methodology

• Schedule and plan preventive maintenance actions and escalate major and serious outages.
• Verify logs and database for updating as well as make sure that the site acceptance reports are up to company standards.

• Installation & Configuration of Memotech Optimizers over IP, installation &O&M, analyze Graphs; determine required bandwidth to reduce Opex.
• Installation & Configuration of L3 DCME (Digital Circuit Multiplexing Equipment) to ensure connectivity with lower Opex, follow daily reports (Graphs) O&M.
• Handles different VSAT equipment’s and test equipment’s such as Agilis, Matrex, Codan, AnaSat, Mitec, IDitect, Comtech EF Data, CDM625, BER Tester and Anritsu Spectrum Analyzer
• Managing, controlling, and evaluating vendors and contractors activities, performance and Support Mechanism as per agreed SLAs.
• Meeting the settled availability targets and other network KPI’s according to the network KPI’s dashboard.
• Investigating, supporting for problem solving and handling, of all assigned
• troubleshooting tickets from internal and external Customers such as Core, IT, Radio, international Carriers

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Trouble Shooting& Maintenance of IP Network)
• Operation &Maintenance& configuration of Ericsson BSc, RBs, Alcatel BSC, BTS. Huawei
BSC and BTS, and, microwave TN+MINILINK+MDRS
• Ordering and managing of spare part regard to consumption and minimum level
• Trouble Shooting& Maintenance of generators control (ATS)
• Trouble Shooting& Maintenance of SHILTER power (MDB), lighting, A/c, Rectifier, fire
alarm system, sensors

• Prepare Technical Report.
• Prepare spare parts requests
• Apply maintenance process and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair the radio, transmission and environmental sites components
(BSC, BTS, MW, A/C, Generator, rectifiers )
