• Conduct comprehensive HSE inspections for high-, medium-, and low-risk factories, completing
approximately 1, 540 inspections annually, including fire safety inspections and verification of fire
alarm and firefighting systems.
• Prepare HAZOP summaries, fire risk assessments, and chemical storage risk evaluations for
heavy industrial facilities.
Investigate incidents (ILI, FAI, MTI) and monitor LTIF/LTIR performance; escalate high-risk cases
to MODON Security & Safety Department and ensure timely closure through the Shareek system.
• Review layout drawings and verify site compliance, consultants scopes of work, and hazardous
material disclosures.
Coordinate with investors and internal departments under PMC/CMCS frameworks to ensure full
regulatory compliance and operational safety.

• Maintain a permanent presence in Client Sites during work hours throughout the
implementation period specified in the Table of Quantities.
• Prepare and approve visits plans with management of each industrial cities.
Carry out visits to Client facilities and investors sites as per requirements.
Deliver Safety Inspection Reports as per target.
• Communicating of reports to investors with assistants of client team.
Follow Up with investor of correction.
Install Hazardous Material Labels on factories front with coordination with Client site team.
• On job training and support for Client staff for all tasks related to Safety.
Semi-weekly report of the status of Client operating license execution plan shall be submitted.
• Investigate and report incidents in accordance to Client SMS and report it in the electronic
system.
• Lead site annual ERP drill plan (for each site) 1 Client building safety evacuation, Preparedness
drill with a factory
Suggest/prepare relevant letters to investors for correction plan or relevant correspondent of
inspection reports.
• Submit electronic copies of all inspection reports in Client SMS electronic system.

• Ensure to implement the HSE Plan, Environmental Plan, Traffic Management Plan and Waste
management plan to the project.
• Execute safety programs for locations and minimize Company safety losses.
Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions by 60% per year
targeted.
• Drive behaviours preventing illnesses in work place by engaging management commitment.
• Implement Controls measures of Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
program.
• Investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective actions.
Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.
• Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.
• Execute environmental management processes such as chemicals and waste management and
pollution prevention.

• Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area.
