• Review and assess subcontractors` prequalification, inspect their showrooms, workshop/ factory as and when required
• Review related construction materials, technical data and material & finishes samples; ensure compliance with ministerial requirements and technical specifications.
• Review and understand all project contract documents.
• Notify of any discrepancies identified against contract documents.
• Assist in resolving any issues raised by contractors
• Review related items in the contractors construction schedule in coordination with the planning Engineer ( subcontractors, material, engineering and procurement submittal logs)
• Attend various off-site inspections for review of specific material/samples, Mock-ups, testing, etc. as per the contract documents.
• Ensure the maintaining of onsite quality control & contribute to the health and safety of all onsite personnel by reporting any observed safety violations.
• Attend and head meetings, e.g., progress meetings, coordination and specially called meetings with the client, as and when required.
• Lead in resolving design and technical coordination issues.
• Assist in the snagging procedure; ensure snagging list preparation based on defective/outstanding works and completion.

 Healthcare and Construction Management Services for the Expansion of Farwaniah Hospital Project
 Client: Ministry of Health (MOH)
 The total project value of above is 260Million KD.
 The project included the design and construction of the main hospital
building of 955 inpatients beds capacity with all supporting medical
departments and services, outpatient clinics building, 157 dental clinics building, 1, 400 cars multi-story structure, electromechanical central utility plant, gates and fences, landscape and external works. The project value is 265 million Kuwaiti Dinars and located in the existing Al-Farwaniya Hospital Campus. PMI is responsible for the design review, healthcare consultancy, construction management and overall project management in favour of the Ministry Of Health.

Role as Assistant Construction Manager
• Ensure the construction project complies with the approved design.
• Ensure that the current design level of detail is matching with the design intent and contract documents.
• Ensures the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
• Work with Construction Manager to oversee and monitor the project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Construction Manager when needed.
• Assisting in the technical aspect of the project management related to the delivery of the work.
• Ensure the design implementation and supervision.
• Propose solutions to any obstacle for implementing the design and contract requirements.
Role as Senior Architect
• Ensuring of having safe & accessible healthcare project, by check on the materials & their components are not posing any threat to the health of the people and fulfilling the requirements of the ADA.
• Focusing on the architectural aspects of the development of the design and the construction documents.
• Review and compare the proposed design FSP & RDS to the contract ones.
• Review the submitted verifying documents and studies.
