Appointed to lead the transformation of a boutique A&E consultancy to scale for mega-project delivery (targeting 1, 000, 000+ sq.m developments). Conducted a rapid assessment of organizational strengths and gaps, and developed a strategic business plan to grow the team from 17 to 55+ employees. Restructured financial reporting for greater clarity and operational efficiency. Implemented clearer team goals, redefined roles and responsibilities, and introduced initial SOP frameworks to support future scaling. Delivered an actionable expansion and operational improvement plan aligned with the Group’s long-term portfolio ambitions.

Head of design and construction of new branches of Toby's Estate, and design and construction of central kitchens, head office, etc. Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of facilities. I manage a team of four engineers and technicians which i hired to establish the projects team. Our department coordinates with all company departments including finance for cash-flow projects, operations for timely maintenance, HR, Learning and Development, etc.

In summary, working with project and executive managers to manage overall job administration and help achieve their respective project management objectives and company goals.

Worked as an architect under the supervision of Arch. Mohammad Abdulkhudhur at MAKH Architects. Scope of projects includes private villas of varying sizes, housing complexes, restaurants, corporate/architectural branding, etc. Main tasks revolve around developing projects from initially meeting with potential clients, assessing requirements, creating detailed area programs and managing projects from initial zoning diagrams up to detailed 3 dimensional models and supervising the creation of working drawings. Towards the end of the employment period, the job evolved into a more project/studio managerial position.

Design and development of various private projects including houses and villas ranging from 70 meters squared up to 200'000 meters squared.

Creating powerpoint presentations, architectural presentations and video animations to market large projects to and for important clients.

Freelancing as a professional graphic designer since September 2009 designing company identities, color profiles, logos, mascots, brochures, posters, advertising campaigns, etc. Acting creative consultant for concept stores and businesses in Kuwait. Planned various launch events and marketing events.

Served as the head of the public relations committee at KASA for one full term; handled sponsorship proposals and presentations, conducted presentations and meetings with The Avenues Mall administration to setup exhibition terms and conditions, communicated with important public figures for sponsorship needs.
Co-organized KASA’s 7th annual architecture exhibition in The Avenues Mall; handled sponsorship needs, manual physical construction and transportation, public press release, graphic design needs, etc.
Organized and taught various educational courses on Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Light Room, etc.
