• Studying HVAC projects technically and commercially.
• Heat Load Calculations for the required HVAC projects.
• Cost estimation and pricing for the HVAC Projects.
• Coordination between different subcontractors and suppliers during the project pricing and execution.
• Selection for all HVAC equipments (chillers, AHU’s & FCU’s) based on the project requirements.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
• Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
• Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Verifies new proposals and bids with manager prior to customer presentation. Negotiates value and impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
- Responsible for all mechanical activities and running over 250 labours between different areas and activities.
- Preparing the material & equipment take off.
- Locate the purchase order for all requested material & equipment.
- Preparation for the monthly project invoice including for the activities breakdown.
- Management of engineering activities for piping installation, support assembly and equipment erection for all mechanical works at the project \{Pluming, Fire Fighting and HVAC\}.
- Coordination for all supervisory services of the mechanical engineering sections.
- Monitoring of actual work progress performed by us or by subcontractor to prepare the progress payment.
- Planning for the site activities and progress according to the project plan.
- Preparing handover documents and preparation for the O&M Manuals.
- Supervision for testing and commissioning procedures for the mechanical systems.
- New Doha International Airport “NDIA - CP15” as a handover in-charge.
- RAS LAFFAN EMERGENCY AND SAFETY COLLEGE: as a site mechanical Engineer and responsible for over 70 labors.
