Key Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Plan, manage and efficiently coordinate business operations within the assigned division to ensure company goals and sales targets have been successfully met.
Delivering presentation and technical submittals to Consultants to get the product approved and specified on their AVL.
Establish excellent working relationships with vendors and clients, enabling successful negotiations and securing key projects.
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Ensure all appropriate data and reports are updated on CRM.
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
