Review the contract documents, MEP drawings, comply with the scope of work and requirements.
Manage and lead all electrical and mechanical works and in sites
prepare submittals such as shop drawings, As-Built and materials, ensuring compliance with concept design, properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per the approved construction schedules, addressing any foreseen cost and Time Impact.
Coordinate with sites Engineers to Ensure quality of work and production rates in sites is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations.
Regular spot checks of material delivered to site, and direct the relevant Inspector Engineer to continue inspection of stored materials on site to ensure it is as per approved materials and in good condition.
Witness and ensure full compliance with project requirements of pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, balancing and functional performance tests activities, Oversee the completion of project on time, and within approved budget, review spare parts, operation & maintenance manuals of trades and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Follow-up project execution, coordinate between different engineering disciplines, providing technical recommendation and appropriate actions required to resolve technical problems, chair the progress and technical meetings, submit and prepare for material submittals, shop drawings, technical queries, method statements, ITPs, invoices, claims, variation orders, As-built drawings. . Etc.

•Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by contractor.
•Review As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor. As built drawing shall be
•properly coordinated with the site Inspection Team to make sure that it matches all site changes.

Duties & Responsiblities
•Review the contract documents, electrical drawings, reports, specification submitted to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work and requirements and advises of any deficiency.
•Review Contractor’s submittals such as shop drawings and materials, ensuring compliance with concept design, , properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per the approved construction schedules.
