Packaging material
- Making the adjustment and the required changes on packing materials according to marketing changes.
- Attending print proofs of packing materials new designs to check text, dimension and limiting the degree of colors (Darker/standard/lighter) with marketing and their signature.
- Making tests on all packing materials and check it with maintenance on the machines.
- Contacting with supplier in case of receiving the shipments of packing materials with defects
- Contacting with suppliers to change the designs or dimensions according to Mother Company and marketing and sales requirements and any changes in the product.
- Receiving, checking design specs CD’s for the new products with approval form, department
- Contacting with related departments as purchasing and planning for modifications and defects of packing materials with machines by forms.
- Communicating with production and maintenance for non-compliance of packing materials with machines by forms
- Receiving packing materials and writing the reports and mentioning the defects found
- Inserting the data of the reports in the entry control table.
- Following up old and new designs in production area and warehouse to carry out FIFO system in coordination with planning and stock control department.
- Inspecting quarantine area of packing materials.
