Preparing the financial statements
Reviewing trial balances and balance sheets for Sister companies.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports generated by the company's automated financial systems.
Pass the necessary adjustments JV/ Accruals/ Deferred and corrections entries in various accounts and update the schedules accordingly.
Responsible for monthly reconciliation of local / foreign / cash creditors based on subsidiary verses GL reports.
Responsible for Fixed Assets depreciation (yearly), maintain all entries related to purchasing, damage of the fixed asset (in/out in fixed asset).
Supervise cash management petty cash and banks transactions on monthly basis and sole responsible for the reconciliation of both areas.
Maintain the inter group transaction and reconcile in subsequent period.
Investigate and rectify routine errors in data and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Maintain the Petty Cash Book/ ledger.
Preparing weekly report and record all the Transactions accordingly.
Record the Journal Entries into the necessary various accounts in the ledger
