Strategic:
- Develop the Sales strategy in line with the overall organizational strategy and meet company goals and profitability objectives.
- Manage all activities of the Sales Department.
- Develop strategic sales plan to increase customer base, area of operation and sales volume.
- Periodically analyze statistical information gathered by the teams on customer preferences, inventory requirements, potential new clients and business practices.
- Define and prepare the budget related to the sales team
Operational:
- Achieve target by geography and product.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management on performance, products and customer relations
- Reviews and assists key account executives with proposals
- Initiates and develops action plans for sale of existing products in the current market
- Initiates and develops proposals and strategic plan for sale of new products and/ or exploring in new markets.
- Formulate merchandising standards
- Initiates proactive actions to enhance sales potential with customers
- Lead all negotiations with cooperatives and key accounts on product lists, contract renewals, on shelf display, shelf space and facility space.
- Ensure optimum and prominent display of company’s products using available merchandising tools
- Contribute to pricing schedules, including pricing schedules per marketing strategies like discount sale and freebies
- Oversee stock management and the sales team to liquidate the stock to reduce / eliminate dead-stock or stock write-off
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Identify training needs of sales team and merchandisers and develop a training calendar
People Management:
- Direct and manage the activities and work of subordinates by setting individual objectives and targets, managing performance, developing, training and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and organizational performance.
- Ensure succession planning.
- Make requisite attempts to handle all grievances raised by subordinates in a prompt and effective manner.

Make sure Outlets are focused on and achieving sales targets to include, sales turnover, units per customer.
Follow up and check - OSA (on shelf availability).
Monitoring effective coverage per SKU per Outlets.
Work in outlets promotions regarding Competitors Activity.
Merge Our Contract under one BDA (business development agreement) to add value for IFFCO.
The Reports.
Planning Monthly sales budget, spent budget per Sku, per outlets.
Close the month report- ROI (return on investment).
Working in my-PMS (performance management system) to ensure achieves IFFCO Goals.
Identify opportunities for improvement in business and propose solutions through the Sales Manager.
Provide a comprehensive report include ( sales, spents, employee evaluation and the turnover for my team)with the closure of our financial year and discuss the plan, goals for new year.
Expanded sales team from 6 to 8 representatives.
Increase our visibility in the market and generate the secondary display in the market.
Taking care of displays, Plano grams and preparing contracts.
Making the report progress, strategy and issues to the sales manager on a monthly basis.
Make sure to present the product through Company portfolio
Build the awareness brand with the client regarding the software, Hardware POS & Back office Machine.

Debt Collection Supervisor
• Supervise over collection team of consists of 17 agent
• Responsible for collecting amount dues on Vodafone's suspended Customers.
• Apply company policies and regulations and control the workflow
• Follow up the agents’ daily work by logon with administrator user name and password.
• Randomly monitor the agents' calls for the quality of business.
• Handling daily, weekly and monthly reports (internal for the higher management / external for Vodafone).
• Coordinate with other teams on a daily basis.
• Attending periodical meetings with Vodafone team to discuss the business flow.
