Job description:
•Plan, direct and manage the central procurement activities, material planning and control purchasing activities, inventory management, storage, warehousing and logistics.
•Develop, review and approve new and administrative, purchasing and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operation.
•Approve bid proposals and specifications, and present recommendations on purchases requiring management.
Lead, direct and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, and timeliness and cost effectiveness of the organization supply chain.
•Evaluate overall revisions, price and past performance of each contract and approve price increases.
•Ensure cost effectiveness by controlling and supervising the whole supply process.
