Creating the Weekly production plan
Provide all needed raw material as per production demand and packaging material too in daily basis.
Controling Oracle System data entry to match the phisycal situation.
Reporting the production results in daily basis locally and globally
Responsible to close all quality and customer complains with Fish bone method.
Maintaning all machines efficincy as per target
Doing a monthly inventory in production department to avoid variances to happen
Managing all production manpower issues (vacation plan, overtime arrangment, shift change, trainning on SOP etc
Anually, Update the needed SOP for peoduction section
• Maintaining the machines performance by controlling the parameters process to avoid any process deviation or defects
• Registering and sharing all production reports results internally and globally in daily basis
• Responsible to close all quality NCR within a week with preventing action and root cause analysis
• Weekly Plan is weekly done by me as per the customer PO and sales forecast to let the team prepare the needed material and molds PM
• Based on the annual sales forecast, i create the material requirement to the management in order to add it in the yearly budget and to clarify the future demand
• Production department monthly inventory to understand the system and physical variance and to compare with the finintial margin/cost
• Updating the SOP that for production department once needed by aligning with QA Mng. then i provide a training for stuffs to develop their skills and optimize the good results
