Responsible for harnesses’ production facility, adhere to weekly production targets in terms of scheduling, efficiency, quality, minimum loss and wastages, highest operating standards and maximum utilization of resources, plan for manpower and provides on job training to staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Adhere to production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw material and manpower).
o Supervises production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
o Coordinates with supply chain manager to ensure smooth supply of raw materials.
o Establishes quality control standards and procedures.
o Supervises machines preventive maintenance programs.
o Prepares weekly manpower plan.
o Supervise the training for production staff including the on job training programs.
o Prepares employees safety procedures and makes sure that these procedures are enforced.
o Monitoring output with hourly (KUSO) and daily base.
o Implement KATA in production line.

Working as system Engineer with the following responsibilities:
•Install and administrate faculty Domain Controller with multiple Domain Controller.
•Maintain Microsoft Exchange mail server.
•Administrate IIS, Apache & Mysql servers.
•Administrate Cisco Network Devices.
•Study the ability to make High Performance Computer Cluster in faculty of sciences and decide the hardware required and specify hardware specification for this project.

DAWIMEDICAL Factory
•Working as part time work as IT Support.
•Studding the ability to implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (Microsoft Axapta V.4) in the factory departments.
•Establishing, implementing, monitoring, and control Environmental system to comply with ISO 14001:2005.

•Network Consultant:
• Configuring Cisco 506 PIX and Cisco Routers in all branches.
• Configuring Routers to work with MPLS from NOOR Company.
• Rearrange network topology to be more reliable.
• Installing company domain (www.elyaddak.com)
• Establishing mail server for company domain using Microsoft Exchange 2007.

•Planning, Implementing, and Managing of: "Project of Development of the Assiut university Infrastructure" number (1/G/WB/NCB/UIS-ICTP/2005 ASSIUT UNIVERSITY), specifying the specifications for the Hardware required in this tender (Switches, Servers, Firewall and IPS "Intrusion Prevention System") and contribute to make the technical report.
