Create, update and maintain project plan, planning of duties, scheduling of staf labor.
Report on the project progress to department and project director (weekly, monthly and
quarterly)
Evaluate bidder’s technical submittals, prepare recommendations, and respond to
technical queries and clarification.
Support a team of engineers for carrying out various types of operations & maintenance.
Provide solutions for HVAC drawings.
Process payments and keep EPM updated
Take responsibility for marketing activities
Maintain and manage risks register
Organize all steering committee meetings as per approved governance structure.
Managing stocks of supplies, parts, and equipment.
Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents, and procedures.
Support the project director
Sale of maintenance contracts and preparing quotations (labor&material).

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing
and prospective customers
Preparation of installation instructions and datasheets.
Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system
requirements
Daily reporting on the progress of projects.
Submitting Quotations and handling negotiations.
Addressing Inquires and
Managing end to end sales cycle up to closure of project and collecting the Purchase
order.
Ensuring stock replenishment at all times
Marketing & promoting company products & its authorized network of fabricators &
consultants.
Sale of maintenance contracts and preparing quotations (labor&material)
Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales
techniques.
