Main job is to follow up vessel through vessel master also from our offices in each port to control the birth, operation and the sailing of the vessel from each port. • Prior vessel's arrival from the previous port, I start to prepare loading notification, discharge notification, discharge bay plan, loading plan, voyage plan and EDI file (loading & discharge) and an empty plan for actual container's numbers and actual positions. • After the departure of the vessel I prepare the actual loading plan with actual position's and container's numbers, after checking that everything is in order I send the loading pay plan for the discharge port & I prepare Terminal Departure Report (TDR) and send loading list for container's numbers for Line Agents. • I prepare invoices for the discharged containers at local ports to be collected from Line Agents as it is paid in advance from our company in behalf of the Line Agents to the container’s terminal. • In addition, I prepare Manifest and Statement of Facts (SOF) at Commercial Department.
