 Following-up the operational control procedures during startup, shutdowns and normal operating conditions for the whole plant via ABB DCS.
 Following up and registering the daily readings, pressures, and temperatures and revising the log and lab reports.
 Following up the employee and equipment safety and performance effectiveness
 Full responsibility for following any technical remarks left by all other production shifts.
 Following up and recording any technical observations that must be known by other shifts for the safe running of the plant.
 Preparing the reports for any maintenance activity.
 Overcoming any existing or sudden difficulties and bottlenecks.
 Maintaining the utmost attainable production loads.
 Preparing and approving the work orders related to equipment maintenance.
 Following up safety instructions for the plant running and workforce safety.
 Direct responsibility for handling production and process responsibilities in defined limits in day or night to fulfill the preset production programs.
 Continuous scrupulous monitoring for all the operating conditions in the various units in the shift through the supervisor and technicians.
 Assessing any existing deviation or problem and swiftly conquering it.
 Immediate reporting on any equipment deficiencies and following up its maintenance.

* Responsible for continuous undisturbed running of the plant during the working shift.
* Proposing recommendations for improving any drawbacks.
