1. Able to monitor budgets and prepare bill of quantities.
2. Provide Quantity estimates for progress payment purposes and update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress data.
3. Assists with preparation of payments to Contractors.
4. Perform any other essential duties that immediate superior may assign from time to time.
5. Check Contractor’s valuations.
6. Check and record measure of work done.
7. Check materials on site against delivery notes.
8. Prepare variations and day works.
9. Prepare cost estimates.
10. Checks claims from Contractors.
11. Ability to realize project requirements and deliver in accordance with company/client requirements and guidelines.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.
13. Ability to oversee and manage QS aspects of site construction activities including contractual related documentation
14. Review and maintain knowledge of terms and conditions of all contracts for which he is responsible for.
15. Attend kick-off meetings and subsequent progress meetings with contractors and produce and distribute minutes of meetings.
16. Survey and measure work in progress and check contractors’ interim payments applications.
17. Value additional works, site instructions, variations and day work applications.

5- Requesting all the materials needed for completation of work in site from the head office or from the sub-contractors.
