Responsible for Facilities Projects implementations and providing support in the various assets & facility management functions for Head Office, Training Center, Mercedes Benz manufacturing for Import, Free zone VLC and Logistics Ware House, which include maintain company assets, facilities and equipment to ensure safe and proper working conditions
• Developing a preventative maintenance plan for all related Facilities to MBEG
• Supervision of New projects implementations for all civil electromechanical, firefighting fire alarms, CCTV, Server rooms, .., etc.)
• Health, Safety & Environment:
- Responsible for developing an effective HSE plan in all MB Egypt Facilities
- Ensure safe Working environment in all MB Egypt Facilities
- Responsible for conducting annual training for evacuation for all staff and ensure proper documentation
- Assign evacuation team within MB Egypt staff in each premises and replace them in case of leavers
- Risk assessment reports for all departments
• Responsible for Head office security and supervision of security officers
• Responsible for managing Company mobile Lines Account
• Responsible for Managing Post & couriers Account
• Assist in company`s fleet management
• Assist in procurement Process starting from supplier selection to the Payment processes.
• Assist in insurance account management
• Controls absenteeism and overtime for Asset management personnel.
• Prepares annual appraisals of Asset management personnel.
• Prepares departmental operating budgets (OPEX) and maintains effective control of budget expenditure.
• Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) recommendation for maintenance and modification works
Responsible for Facilities Projects implementations, overhauling, maintenance and operation of all the factory systems including:
• Establishment of a new Maintenance system and formation of a maintenance team for all facility systems and factory utilities
• Renovation & Overhauling of all the facility system (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, )
• New projects implementations (construction, electromechanical, Safety, Security, …etc )
• Energy Management and Savings
• ISO 50001
• HVAC maintenance of chillers, AHU, fan coils, AC units
• Electrical Systems, generators, UPS
• Firefighting (electric pumps, diesel pumps, pipelines, expansion tanks, panels., etc. ) & Fire alarm Systems maintenance
• CCTV, Access control systems
• civil works (painting, epoxy work, marbles, flooring, etc.)
• staff hiring and interviews (formation of a new maintenance team)
• Applying preventive maintenance programs (New PMP)
• Member of the health and safety committee
• Controls absenteeism and overtime.
• Prepares annual appraisals of maintenance personnel.
• Prepares departmental operating budgets (OPEX) and maintains effective control of budget expenditure.
• Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) recommendation for maintenance and modification works.
• Assures that department procedures adhere to industry practices, manufactures recommendations, local regulations, international standards and contractual obligations.
Participating in the new opening for Le Meridien Cairo Airport Hotel and handing over works and committees for all areas in the hotels including the electro mechanic systems from Ben Laden Constructions company & ECG (Egyptians Consultant Group), and subscribe in installing the new features for engineering department - staff hiring and interviews- preventive maintenance programs for the electro mechanic systems- engineering store items creation and attend star wood training programs for the hotel pre-opening, responsible of operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment :
• HVAC; maintenance of chillers, AHU, fan coils, AC units, cooling towers
• Boilers, heat exchangers
• Generator
• Swimming pool, pumps
• Water treatment
• Kitchen equipment
• Responsible for maintenance of Carrefour store
• Applying Preventive maintenance
• HVAC; maintenance of chillers, AHU, fan coils, AC units, cooling towers
• Diesel Forklifts, electric forklifts, trans pallets
• Firefighting systems (FM200, co2…. etc.)
• Civil work (painting, epoxy work, marbles, flooring, etc.)
• Dealing with suppliers from multinational companies (carrier, Johnson controls, Siemens, Toyota...)
Participating in the installation of the new air-conditioning system for Ramses underground station (chillers, pumps, pipe lines, AHU s, cooling towers)
Responsible for operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems (chilled water units, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units
