-Collaborate with IT leadership, Internal Audit and business partners to ensure effective internal controls are implemented and maintained
- Align with Group Risk Management policy and tools in a way that is practical and relevant to NBK Egypt environment
- Guide IT delegate to perform, document risk, and control self-assessments for their process areas
- Oversee the RCSA process adherence then validate finalized ones for approval
- Guide IT and ISO in managing closure of outstanding IT risk issues and follow up with IT on the status of issues and maintaining IT risk register - Guide IT and ISO in identifying key risk and control indicators, associated thresholds and reporting cycle to group risk management
- Assess and issue recommendations to IT implementation plans for new product and services - Review IT and ISO policies and procedures new releases and amendments
- Review IT and ISO incident and root cause analysis reports and provide IT risk related inputs where necessary
- Review outsourcing proposals associated to IT and ISO for possible risks and mitigation measures
-Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost -

Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.

Provide guidance to IT Infrastructure members.
Set objectives for Infrastructure team
Supervise Infrastructure team by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as needed.
Train Infrastructure team on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques. Provide training on new hardware and/or software applications as requested.

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware as (Flex-10 and SAN Switch), peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage (SAN), etc.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
Configure / add new services as necessary.
Create, Modify, and delete user accounts (AD, Exchange and Lync).
Enhance infrastructure process by create policies and procedures.
