Project Description :
It’s a mixed use development comprising 21 hotel towers each comprising 50 floors offering 11, 750 apartments.the project also includes in the podium floors a shopping mall, restaurant meeting & celebration hall, parking area & other facilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop, review & update cash flow .
•.Prepare and validate owner payment certificate.
• Review & Validate subcontractors interim payment certificate.
• Prepare cost break down for all BOQ activities.
• Manage quantity surveying activities .
• Prepare BOQ for the upcoming phases of the project.
• Revising suppliers quotation and invoices.
• Prepare & submit purchase orders to supplier according to Q.S quantities & procurement plan.
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
• Determine and predict variances from the project budget and recommend corrective and preventive action..
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with them throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensuring common understanding of project scope.
• Integrate all project efforts into a cohesive whole leading to the project success
• Plan, follow up & coordinate construction activities on daily basis.
• Obtain formal acceptance for project deliverables from the consultant & customer.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Analyze any technical issue & develop immediate resolutions.
• Monitor and control project expenses, Track any variance from the project budget and find appropriate corrective actions to stop any cost overrun.
• Generate construction progress and expense reports for management.
• Time and cost estimates.
• Developing time schedule, Tracking work progress and compare it to the schedule baseline.
• Review design drawings and prepare shop drawing.
• Quantity surveying.
• Preparing owner invoice and subcontractors progress payments.
• Supervising project work.
• Collect work performance data & submit work performance reports.
• liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
• Ensuring project meets agreed specifications, budget &schedule.
• Providing technical advice to the project team and subcontractors.
Quantity surveying and participate in supervision of the finishing works at Asec adminstration building.
