Key Roles & Accountabilities:
Jointly planning sell-in with the sales team setting our mid-term volumes every month factoring in all the various elements.
Ensuring monthly GfK analysis is submitted on time with insights into the pricing and positioning to all team members.
Planning and launching new products with the appropriate and successful unique consumer value proposition ensuring right sales pitch and suitable bundle.
Making it clear for my team on what we offer and what we are planning to have, also vs. competition.
Helping my team to do the right pricing that guarantees the competitiveness.
Doing regular value proposition localization for every new and current ranged product.
Introduce current and upcoming portfolio to all partners and stakeholders.
Product color ranging, sales pack codes initiation and preinstalled apps recommendation.
Product testing, type approval follow-up and prototypes management.
Ensuring product readiness by revising all training and retail elements (POSM, ATL & Press Release etc.).

Responsible of managing all the learning and development activities for the Nokia country teams.
Ensuring that all Nokia external sales teams are up-skilled within their areas of responsibility & are trained on all upcoming products and services (ensuring sales readiness across country).
Prepare & plan training programs in conjunction with the Nokia IMEA Sales Capability teams for Nokia promoter sales staff competency building & Nokia field force competency programs.
Plan & manage all Hero Training Events.
Responsible for ensuring correct processes and guidance are in place and followed for the recruitment of all external sales staff.
Build relationships with Partners, Distributors & Operators & work together with them to deploy training plans across their sales audiences.
Alignment with all cross functions to create & localize product key messages and materials.
Penetrate key audiences with different training mixes - Classroom / In-store / Coaching / E-learning / Nano (Mobile) Learning.
Provide the business with feedback on market knowledge retention & feedback.

Providing training to the outlet sales staff.
Fixing the outlet display and enhancing the merchandising.
Attending the outlets owner’s complaints.
Surveying the end-users feedback.

Train and develop the showroom staff.
Continually evaluate and manage performance issues.
Directing, monitoring and coordinating evaluations and plans with the showroom manager.
Guaranteeing standard running conditions.
Communicate with the high-level managers for the showroom requirements.
Motivate the staff to achieve their targets and goals with friendly sprite.
Coordinating with the technical department to ensure that customers are receiving the best after sales service.

Attending customer with positive action.
Getting knowledge of all the products and how to activate them.
